You can now book your room online: You will benefit from negotiated rates (VAT included), for a minimum of 5 nights booked (entry on 27 May 2022 - exit on 8 June 2022), with breakfast and dinner*. The conference runs from Monday May 30th to Sunday June 5th. The first two days (30 and 31 May) will be the Summer School. The conference will take place on 1, 2, 4 and 5 June. The 3rd of June will be an excursion day.

If you want to share a double or twin room with an other delegate, it can't be done through the online bookink link. Please send your request by e-mail to groupes@deshotelsetdesiles.com to add the name of the second delegate. If you need two separate invoices for the half twin or half double room reservation, please ask for it at the reception desk when you check in.
