NANO in BIO 2022 will be held from 30 May 2022 to 5 June 2022

Looking forward to seeing you in a few weeks !!!

Dear NANOinBIO attendees,

We are pleased to announce that the Nano in Bio conference will be held in Guadeloupe from 30 May 2022 to 5 June 2022.

The website is now updated with all the information about the conference.

There is a new feature in the programme: a two-day summer school has been added before the conference. For more information, click here.

To take into account the time elapsed since the postponed NanoInBio2020 edition, we ask for all participants to (re)submit their abstracts as a new contribution. Find all the information online, click here.

The list of invited speakers will be updated gradually. You can already consult the confirmed speakers by clicking here.

To keep you informed, you will find information about the health context in Guadeloupe on this page.

Best regards,

NANOinBIO Staff

NANOinBIO Summer School (machine learning for data analysis)

The goal of this summer school is to give a hands-on practical experience in analyzing complex sets of data from real experiments such as microscopy images and spectra to extract information about a particular feature of interest. The spring school will cover through multiple examples that span most of the area of interest in scanning probe microscopy, optical microscopy and spectroscopy.

  1. Microscopy images, both optical and SPM (3h)
  2. Movies and evolving systems (Optical and AFM) (3h)
  3. Spectroscopy data analysis: handling large batches of data (2h)
  4. Spectroscopy data analysis: extracting specific features "a la carte" (2h)
